What’s the return policy?

All sales are final. Due to federal health regulations and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on hair extensions that have been worn, or tampered with. We will happily exchange eligible items.

What’s the Exchange policy?

To be eligible for an exchange, the hair must be in its original, brand-new condition, with all tags and security seals intact and the original packaging unopened. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Kayè Amour only ships within the United States. As a growing hair brand, we are focusing our resources on providing the highest quality hair and the fastest possible delivery times to our domestic customers.

However, we are actively working on expanding our logistics to share our collection with the world. Please stay tuned and join our newsletter for updates—we look forward to offering international shipping in the near future!

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because we operate on a specific shipping schedule synchronized with our Website Calendar, we begin processing orders immediately following the designated cutoff. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or changes made after the cutoff date (including address updates or item swaps) once an order has been submitted. But we will happily accommodate updates made before scheduled cutoff date.

Please carefully review your selection and shipping information before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.

How does shipping work?

At Kayè Amour, we operate on a structured shipping schedule to ensure every order is handled with care. All orders placed before our designated shipping cutoff will be dispatched on the specific date listed on our Website Calendar.

Once your order is shipped on that scheduled date, please allow 3-5 business days for domestic delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

How long does the hair last with proper care?

Our Raw and Virgin hair is designed for longevity. With proper maintenance—including regular co-washing and minimal heat—your hair can last 1–3 years (Raw) or 6–12 months (Virgin).

Can the hair be bleached or dyed?

Yes, our hair is 100% human hair and can be chemically treated. However, to maintain the integrity of the hair, we strongly recommend having all color services performed by a professional stylist.

What should I do if I receive the wrong order?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us at kaye.amore0@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. The hair must remain in its original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a correction.
